Travel & Stay
We’re so excited to welcome you to beautiful Santanyí, Mallorca for our wedding! Here’s everything you need to know to make your journey (and stay!) as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Getting to Mallorca.
Mallorca’s just a 2-hour hop from Liverpool or Manchester — you can be sipping sauvvy before you know it. Daily flights with EasyJet and Ryanair will get you to Palma.
Getting to Santanyí town and the venue.
Hiring a car is the best way to soak up the island and get to all the good bits — especially if you’re planning some beach-hopping or town-exploring.
Prefer someone else at the wheel? Taxis and private transfers from the airport to Santanyí are easy to book and cost around €80 one-way.
Buses and shuttles are also an option — just allow for a more “mañana, mañana” pace.
Getting around the island.
If you do want a car, RecordGo at Palma Airport is a good-value, no-fuss option — they’re based right at the terminal, so no shuttle faff.
That said, if you’re staying in or near Santanyí town, you may not need a car at all. Everything’s super walkable, and the town is full of winding streets, tapas spots, and that golden glow that makes us always say “should we move here?!”
Wedding day transport.
No stressing about directions in wedding outfits — we’ll have transport arranged to and from the venue for anyone staying nearby. Just turn up looking fabulous and we’ll do the rest.

The market town of Santanyí.
If the idea of wandering to the wedding on foot sounds like your kind of vibe, then staying right in Santanyí town is for you.
There are loads of great Airbnbs and Vrbo spots in town — perfect for groups or family crews. Many of them have rooftop terraces and secret patios made for lazy breakfasts and golden hour lounging.
On Wednesdays and Saturdays (yes, including wedding morning!) the town comes alive with its famous farmers’ market — think: overflowing fruit stalls, bright flowers, handmade bits and bobs, and enough people-watching to keep you entertained for hours.
When you’re not throwing confetti or sipping cava with us, you’ll have your pick of rustic little restaurants, tapas joints, and low-key bars — whether you’re in the mood for fresh seafood or just a cold cerveza in the sun.
The Surrounding Towns & Countryside.
Looking for a villa with a pool, room to spread out, and a fridge full of rosé? You’re in luck — there are loads of fincas and villas tucked around the outskirts of Santanyí, the surrounding countryside and nearby towns. Perfect for families or groups who want a little more space.
